Right / left channel

Hi all is anyone else having this issue? I have 16 WiiM Pros and 2 of them have this issues. When going into audio settings and changing it to the right speakers on one the left doesn’t play sounds on the other WiiM The right doesn’t play sound. But if I put it in the middle sound comes out of both sides. On the amp is shows there is sound going to both channels. I have factory reset them but still happening. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You ought to send feedback to WiiM on each unit exhibiting that problem.

Now… 16 WiiM Pros… please so tell how you use them.

I am not sure what this means. Can you explain more clearly.
