Room Correction no longer working

Hi, I hope someone has a solution for me. I was trying some new room corrections today because I changed the room around a little bit with a new subwoofer and new placement for speakers. But now the Room Correction no longer works. It's stuck in the Welcome to Room Correction (elevate your listening experience etc) screen. When I press next it won't go to the next screen. I've already tried rebooting several times, I've reinstalled the app twice. I've reset the Wiim by pulling the power, I've restarted the router but nothing seems to work. Any solution for this?

Could be there’s an issue with WiiM’s backend servers. If it doesn’t resolve itself in a few hours, raise a ticket to them via the more/feedback section in the app.

Aah let's hope so, that would be great. I will try again tomorrow, no rush . Just need it working because this one will go to my father when I receive the Ultra next week.

I have exactly the same problem and it is identical across three WiiM devices, all different models. I tried everything you tried.
Finally I attempted to use Roomfit via a 10 year old iPad with an old iOS version. It worked! Must be later versions of iOS where the problem occurs. Note: even editing existing Roomfit saved profiles is unresponsive on the iPhone.
