Spotify connect responsivness when turning on the device

When the Wiim AMP is in stand-by mode and I use Spotify connect to start it, sometimes it turns on in 2, 3 seconds but sometimes it takes long time…i.e. song has already been playing like 20 seconds and it still doesn’t play through Wiim, althought it is on (light is on). So I have to do things like press pause and play button in Spotify and rewind the song to the start and then signal finally starts.

Does anyone knows the reason for this?

I have the same. Apparently there will be an update. Spotify and Tidal are in serious trouble. It can't be like that. They have to grasp it.
