You will find it in the WiiM Home App under the "More" tab, "Feedback and Tickets".

Select More (bottom right hand corner), Select Feedback and TIckets

Alternatively create an account in the WiiM Help Center ...

... and create a ticket through the web user interface. The biggest advantage of using the WiiM Home App is the fact that device logs will be sent along with your ticket automatically.
