Subwoofer controls per input source

I would like the option in the app to be able to set the subwoofer either on or off as it relates to the input source.

I realize I could use the presets however when I use auto sensing of an input source the presets are not applied.

My scenario is I like to have the subwoofer used for ethernet music streaming but when the television is turned on and HDMI is automatically sensed, I don't want the subwoofer left on for television viewing.

If it works well for you, it may not necessarily work well for other use cases.

E.g., what about for users who want the sub on for speaker-out and off for headphone-out?

If the sub is fixed to "off" on the HDMI input, it would not be possible to switch to speaker-out with a preset to turn the sub on..? (Result is likely to depend on which is the priority.)

It might be a bit cumbersome, but I think a compromise in the current situation would be to switch the sub off with the preset button after switching to HDMI with auto-sensing.

Every use case needs to be considered and I can neither agree nor disagree with this request at the moment.

I guess you mean just like each input has its own EQ, there should be other options also associated with an input?

Yes. Include at least a subwoofer on/off switch in that menu please.
