Presets and sub settings

Hi,
I have an Ultra with the latest firmware (5.2.719248) and WHA (3.2.3)
Background settings are: Input = Optical; Output = Line out; EQ=Off; Room Correction =Off; Subwoofer = On; Sub crossover = 90Hz; Sub bypass = Off; Mains full = Off.

I created Preset A with these settings.

Then created a new preset, Preset B, with the same settings other than changing Mains Full = ON in the subwoofer settings.

When swapping to Preset A the Main Full setting remained at ON. If I manually changed this to OFF and reloaded Preset B, this setting remained OFF.

Am I missing a step or are detailed subwoofer settings not saveable in presets ?

Hi,

Only the section displayed on the Presets edit screen can be set in Preset. This means that you can turn sub on/off, but you can't save different sub-settings.

I recommend submitting a request ticket.
