Support has had my ticket for three days and no answer

I submitted a support ticket three days ago. My amplifier pops and a channel cuts out whether I'm using an HDMI input or wi-fi. I would like an exchange, I bought this through Amazon

Have you contacted Amazon and asked for an exchange? The retailer really should be your first recourse.
 
Amazon return/exchange policy is 30 days. If passed that date, contact or send message to wiim for warranty if determined to be defective.

No worries, it's inside 30 days so I'll be using Amazon's exchange/return.
