Sync audio, Bluetooth input.

I have a WiimMini and have an amp and speakers connected to aux out.
When I watch iPlayer ( or other video) there is significant sync problems. I estimate around 1s audio delay.
I have used the audio sync setting but there does not appear to have any real affect on the audio synching.

Does audio sync work on Bluetooth connection?
If it doesn’t, can it be implemented?

I read your question several times and i'm still not sure what you are asking.. Do you mean group sync or maybe the lip sync with the video? Bluetooth just is like that, it adds lag

The WiiM Audio Sync feature can't compensate for Bluetooth latency.

When I connect my Android phone to the Mini via Bluetooth, I experience an audio delay of around 100ms on YouTube. If the delay reaches 1000ms, it's possible there's an issue with your phone.

It might be worth trying a network reset on your phone.
