HDMI audio showing as playing but silent, amps hanging on trying to play songs from the wiim app, constantly asking my to sign in to Amazon Alexa again.

Was there a silent update pushed, I’ve had to reboot all my devices so many times this week.

Funnily enough one of my ultras was playing up last night. I had to keep logging the "speaker" back into amazon. Would randomly stop playing and not showing my playlists.

Gave up turned the ultra off and just played a few films from the nas through zappiti.

Will reboot and try again today.

This seems to be induced by Amazon.
I had been playing a track off Amazon Music. Then I stopped playback and went into my own library. Selected a track for playback. But it actually played the previous Amazon stream.
This shitty little Amazon is obviously quite intrusive. I have logged out of it and it's banned forever on my devices.

I have brought up this issue, and I keep getting told it's my network when it comes to Amazon Music. It is especially painful on the WiiM Sound speakers. Some days, it's a random lottery if you don't get asked to log in multiple times. Yet on other streaming services, there is no problem. Amazon Music plays fine on my WiiM Amp Ultra. I truly believe its amazon as I have had other equipment where Amazon always seem to play up, but other streaming services were fine. One of the only reasons I put up with Amazon is because, to my ears its sounds more alive and engaging sound-wise than other streaming services.
