The Ethernet connection on my Wiim Pro has stopped working

Hi,

I'm experiencing a problem with my Ethernet connection. I purchased Wiim Pro two weeks ago, and it has been working perfectly until now. The issue is that the Ethernet connection is not working - however when I unplug it, the connection is restored.

Have you tried another cable, a reboot of your router and a reboot or a factory reset of the WiiM device?

If those don’t help, please submit a ticket via the settings/feedback section in the WiiM home app so WiiM can inspect your device log for clues.
