If a factory reset of the Ultra does not improve the problem, please contact the WiiM store on Amazon.

Ghost touches maybe? Does it work ok in the menu's?

Anyways: try the reset (hold "play" button for +10sec) and otherwise ask for an exchange through Amazon. Good luck!
