Tidal Master e Wiim pro plus

salve, ho 2 domande da porre...1-wiim pro plus esegue un primo unfold dei file MQA tidal fino a 24/96? 2-per fare questo devo usare il DAC Wiim ed uscire dalla linea oppure fa il primo unfold streaming ed in questo caso posso uscire su coassiale?

grazie a tutti...credo sia ormai chiaro che l'app Wiim con le piattaforme Qobuz e Tidal funziona molto bene...mentre su casa Wiim con Windows 11 devo capire perché non mi offre servizi di streaming e tutto le pagine non si aprono. Mi sembra di averlo capito ancora e in beta...

I switched from Hifi to Master and honestly I suspect it's a waste of money. Is Wiim pro plus able to make you hear the difference with a pair of good active speakers?

Just my tuppence, but I went back to plain tidal 'cos I didn't feel it was beneficial either.
My main setup isn't stratospheric, but it's no slouch either.

buongiorno devo tornare al discorso....tutti i file mqa di Tidal hanno risoluzione 24/88.2 ma con un numero di bit qualità CD...continua a non piacermi questa gestione dei file mqa...io non so se Gio dipenda dall'impossibilità di wiim di leggere ad alta risoluzione o se semplicemente file come questo ad esempio non in flac come dicevano che avrebbero convertito non funzionano correttamente... qualcuno può aiutarmi a capire?

Penso che un file 24/88.2 non possa essere 851 kbps

They are generally residual MQA files, not coming from hi-res masters. They are delivered on 44.1KHz 16bit flac, that after MQA first unfold, done by wiim, became 24bit 88.2KHz.
The majority of original hi-res files, are now delivered with hi-res flac.
I think MQA it's not so bad,it was just wrongly presented...
