Hello all! I’m having issues with the line in function on the WiiM pro plus which I use a turntable with a pre amp sometimes there’s sound but others times not I’ve tried rebooting but nothing

Have you tried a full power down and restart?

If you haven’t already, if the problem occurs again then immediately send a ticket to WiiM from the more/feedback section in the app so they can inspect your device logs and hopefully identify the issue.

I’m getting a pattern if I switch from Tidal or
streaming when the volume is high it works !!??? Very strange
