Ultra Spotify app is low res . However Spotify app via LG OLED B4 much higher res.? Therefore running optical cable tv to Ultra. Prefer to use eARC on AVR because of subwoofer ; sound et al. Ultra line out to intergrated amp and speaker switch to use surround speaker setup in stereo mode; front 2 speakers. Has anyone tried eARC and subwoofer from tv to Ultra and then to AVR for full surround.

The Ultra doesn't have a Spotify app, just a shortcut to the external Spotify app. if you are using Spotify Connect to play to each then there should be no difference in resolution - check you're not using bluetooth or similar to the Ultra, although even then there wouldn't be much difference. Also check in your phone's Spotify app settings that you have the wi-fi streaming quality set appropriately although there's a view that doesn't directly impact Spotify Connect use.

Most TV's upsample everything to 48khz that goes out of the optical.
