Volume button - pause while HDMI input

While TV is connected (HDMI device), volume button work as volume mute only. What about to change (as setting?) it to send pause too to connected device? So, when I push button, movie will paused (if device / device input support it) and volume will be mutted.

Nice thought, but ...
This is an arc connection, not a full hdmi connection.
Even if it were a full hdmi connection, do you know of any other hdmi connected device that can do this?
That's not intended as just a flippant comment, maybe there is such a device, I just don't know of any.

If I know, it is not about HDMI-ARC, but HDMI-CEC and implementation of bi-directionall communication. So, not only turn off command from audio receiver to TV can be sent, but pause too (and then is on HDMI/TV target device, what happen). It is same as TV send to audio device command to turn off, only opposite direction. In Wiim settings I can see CEC suport, so CEC is supported (but don't know, on which level). If I understand, now is only question, what commands can be supported. If I know, this is common function in CEC devices, maybe not pause, but turn off deffinitly.
