I have a WiiM Pro set up in an area where it stays on all the time, and multiple people connect and disconnect from it on a regular basis using Airplay and Spotify from their phones. After a few days of use, the volume control from people’s phones stops working and the output volume is about half of what it should be. A reboot of the WiiM Pro usually solves this problem. The problem is that I’m not around to reboot the device most of the time. What could be causing this? Is there a way I can view logs from the device to figure out what’s happening?

Submit a ticket to WiiM when it happens and they’ll inspect your logs.

While it’s not an ideal solution, until WiiM identify the issue and fix it , could you put the Pro on a smart plug and power cycle it overnight? Although saying that, WiiM have suggested recently that they automatically reboot some devices every few days
