I went on Wiims website and couldn't find an answer. What is the warranty from Wiim after the Amazon 30 days?

I’m in the UK where consumer law provides better cover than the 30 days you appear to have in the USA. However, I get the impression WiiM are pretty good at switching out faulty units beyond that but I have no personal experience of how long that might extend to, so that’s why I suggested asking them directly.

Yeah...they do their best to hide their warranty. I certainly can't find it anywhere on their site. Now, I understand why. The units are, at best, flaky. Mine just quit working after 2 months.....well past the Amazon return period.

Did you contact WiiM? I’m confident they would have done something about it…

Edit: on the Crutchfield site, they offer a 1 year warranty on WiiM devices. I don’t see WiiM offering any less on their Amazon store.

Contact Amazon. The 30 day return period is when you can return a product no questions asked. It is NOT the warranty period.

Yeah...Amazon's help desk is pretty much out of their depth past the "plug-unplug-reset button-change cables" type of solutions. I even asked them what the warranty was. They didn't know. Guess I'm stuck with it. Makes a nice paper weight.

As advised, raise a ticket to WiiM as they’re the seller on Amazon and I’m sure you’ll get a satisfactory outcome - unless you’d prefer a paperweight ;)

BS.

You've been given all kinds of advice what to do, but chose to ignore it. Instead you spent your time creating an account here to vent your anger.

Which device did you buy and what is it that stopped working? Pick an appropriate sub-forum and the community will help you solving your problems. And those of your WiiM products.

Aside from not responding to forum members, we still can’t find out what WiiM’s warranty is!

Checked here for what I thought would be an easy and quick answer. But, given the response here, my stay here will be brief.
