It's from one of the many compilation CDs I made years ago for my car. This was a very eclectic mix -- Capercallie, Fekote Vonat, Papa Wemba, Parago funeral drumming and a bunch of others. They've been ripped to my music server and are still fun to listen to.

Looks like I'll have to get the mp3 download and burn to cd-r. Any suggestions on which program to use to print out a suitably sized cd cover insert?

One copy in USA - With postage and likely VAT costs about 60 euro. I'm probably going to burn mp3s from amazon download at about 15 euros. There are probably 100s of originals in HK

Resurrecting some old CDs has been interesting. I actually play from track 1 to end - it's too easy in streaming to just flip to next track, etc. & never actually play a whole album from start to finish.
