But very, very interesting and no idea why he decided to deliver WAV as download instead of FLAC. I believe there was (and is?) the theory that WAV is the real lossless format? And as far as I know most of modern devices, like the WiiMs can handle it. So, no risk with buying such download? And the streams from the services will be FLAC, or Spotify's format, definitively. I would probably convert to FLAC after purchase. I think "They Might Be Giants" also offer WAV and MP3. The WAV files don't have any metadata so best to download both then copy the MP3 metadata to the FLAC conversion of the WAV files 😀
