Thanks for all the great recommendationsInteresting, I'll listen to it on headphones tomorrow...
Couldn't comment on the music content, but why are the covers in this genre so predictably & 'atrociously' awful from an aesthetic point of view (sorry )Fresh Thrash before breakfast! Following a few more or less unnecessary and badly produced albums it seems F&J found back to track!

Funny you should say that - I scrolled thru this page and my thought was similar, we need a run of good looking album artwork…Couldn't comment on the music content, but why are the covers in this genre so predictably & 'atrociously' awful from an aesthetic point of view (sorry )
I have always liked Gilbert, so will try to give this a listen later on today. Thanks for the recommendation.Take it as kind of a peace offer . A totally different cover and music.
Nice new (!) compilation. He decided to sing some of his hits in a stripped down acoustic version. Good idea? There are artists around that can not fail, at least in my world. Of course you notice that the voice of a 78 year old man isn't as stable as in his younger years. But it touches me. And it is a brilliant sounding record!
