In any case, after an (expensive) visit to a whiskey tasting (in the evening, at a university under the guise of “culture”) my favorite whiskey for about 20 years

I have learned... Do you know what it feels like to realize after decades that you had no idea how to spell whiskey/whisky correctly?

......or that the spelling of Scottish differs accordingly from the others.
