What are you listening to?

I quite enjoyed the album.
...however, there is some German music that I can't identify with. An absolute no-go, Wolfgang Petry is definitely one of them... It always reminds me of drunken Germans with a kind of culture that I try to stay away from as much as possible. Beer, schnapps, garden gnomes and Wolfgang Petry, you know what I mean? 😉

Sounds like the kind of thing they play in the clubs in Playa de Palma, Mallorca 😂

I thought that some of it sounded a bit like Eurovision Song Contest type of songs.

There are definitely better ones:

Marius Müller Westernhagen: “Mit Pfefferminz bin ich Dein Prinz”

Udo Lindenberg: “livehaftig” (live)

Scorpions, in the early years until the end of the 80s.

Nina Hagen Band

Over the weekend, I will compile a list of German bands/albums for you that I think are worth recommending.

Thank you, I will look forward to seeing it, and hopefully playing them if they are to my taste.

Although going by some of my recently played albums, some were very weird, and some were very good, and quite a lot from artists that I had never heard of, but that's the big benefit of being able to stream things that you would never even consider buying on LP or CD.
