What are you listening to?

They should really consider changing the first "&" to a comma. You don't hear of Earth & Wind & Fire or Emerson & Lake & Palmer 😂
Yes, I agree, and deliberated over the matter before finally going with the Amazon Music version with the extra "&".

I have now changed it to Bauer, Garn & Dyke. :)

As promised 😉

Here are some German-language artists/bands that I think are worth recommending. No claim to completeness, some of them accompanied me in my youth. As always, a matter of taste. I have left out German interprets/bands with English lyrics, they are mostly known beyond the borders anyway (Scorpions, Helloween, H-Blockx etc.).

Nina Hagen • Nina Hagen Band
Marius Müller-Westernhagen • Mit Pfefferminz bin ich Dein Prinz
Herbert Grönemeyer • 4630 Bochum
Udo Lindenberg • Livehaftig
Fee • Notaufnahme
Spliff • 85555
Ideal • Ideal
Die Ärzte • Die Bestie in Menschengestalt
Ulla Meinecke • Die Tänzerin
Reinhard Mey • Die großen Erfolge
Pohlmann. • Zwischen Heimweh und Fernsucht
Novalis • Brandung
Bauer, Garn & Dyke • Sturmfrei
I have just finished working my way through this list.

My favourites were the albums from Reinhard Mey, and Ulla Meinecke, and my least favourite was the album from Nina Hagen, which I stopped playing after listening to the first four tracks, as I couldn't bear to listen to any more.

Thanks for taking the time to make the list.

Four times CD sample rate. Not very common but I've seen it before. Don't think it's a display error. Maybe the master has been upsampled?

♪ Playing Almost Blue by Elvis Costello & The Attractions from Imperial Bedroom (1982) (Local • 559kbps VBR, 16bit, 44.1kHz, 3.95dB, FLC)

FLAC from my original Vinyl copy. Probably bought day of release.

Yes, we all have our own tastes. I have to thank you for taking the time to consider mine 😉

...at some point, I realized that I didn't like all of the newer stuff. Latest after Zakk Wylde left, the quality declined. Nevertheless, I still admire him for his work. He has been a constant companion throughout my childhood, youth, present, and will it be for the future. Thumbs up for that 😉
To be honest with you after he left sabbath I didn’t bother listening to him or sabbath only lately I tried sabbath without Ozzy, as I bought a complete cd box set.
I was quite amazed at the quality of iommi’s guitar work, and after Ozzy passed I thought it right to listen to his solo stuff, and some of it is very good I do prefer the earlier work though.😊

The distributor probably took the 5.1 Blu-Ray, mixed it to stereo, and thought they had to use a "Highend" resolution 🙃

Paul Carrack’s first band. ♪ Playing Sniffin' About by Ace from Five-a-Side (Vinyl) (1974) (Local • 1044kbps VBR, 16bit, 44.1kHz, -7.35dB, FLC)
