I have some Martini Rosso to make Negronis. I tried it with Whisky to make a Manhattan and hated it.

I do like a Negroni. Reminds me of a holiday to Chicago for my 60th - it was early March, bitterly cold so much so we had to change hands pulling our suitcases every block or so walking to the hotel where I had a "Chicago Negroni" - can't recall what made it a "Chicago" Negroni but it certainly hit the spot...
