My vinyl copy arrived earlier but not had a chance to spin it yet. I always look forward to a new Sparks album. Hope it’s as good as the last one.

The CD arrived here yesterday and after three turns I change my judgement to five stars!
(Had to promise my wife not to buy new vinyl any longer after moving to the "boomer flat" . There is simply too little space. Sometimes this is extremely difficult. For example, when I think of the Pompeji box set... arrgh. But pacta sunt servanda .)

Intermezzo
Contemporary Jazz bores me to death since years. But I love re-discoveries of the old heroes, especially when it's from Free Jazz / Early Fusion "era".

Some more German remembrances . And one of my many guilty pleasures .
She was the solo dancer during the most successful time of the Stuttgart Ballett Company when it was ranked best European company of that time. Danced with Nurejew and worked with John Cranko. Then she was similar successful as choreographer. Third career was as a German "Chansonette".
