What are you listening to?

I’m starting my Sunday morning with one of the many podcasts that I subscribe to from Mechanical Music Radio.

Have a listen to his 2020 album "Tea for the Tillerman 2".

It is subtlety different, except for "Wild World" which is completely different.
Already have but thanks 👍
Listened to most of his stuff from MonaBona onwards

Kansas - Leftoverture

Great band & this has to be their best- melodic, progressive hard rock

(I foolishly sold a stack of vinyl in the 80s & this must have been part of that so I bought the remastered 180g 'Music On Vinyl' LP a few years ago. Sound quality is exceptional, highly recommended)

Spirit - Twelve Dreams Of Dr Sardonicus

Classic Album from 1970

I only discovered Spirit in the 1990s from a slightly older mate who knew them from the 60s but they are a great 60s-70s band (guitarist, Randy California played with Jimi Hendrix briefly in the late 60s)

...the Album 'Time Circle' was the first music of theirs I heard & when 'Taurus' was played I immediately said "Stairway To Heaven" - Zeppelin did absorb a lot of musical influences & this piece predates Led Zep 4 by three years, very similar to the intro to 'Stairway'

...these are probably Spirit's most famous pieces of music & well worth streaming on whatever WiiM device you own - 'Line On You' is really catchy:
