Not sure if I have posted this before. Christmas 1971. My Grandad gave us (me and 4 siblings) a Record Player for Christmas. To ensure we had something to play on it my Dad bought a single album. This one which I have inherited. FLAC from said Vinyl.

This must be the first time that the words “Xmas” and “commercial profit” have been mentioned together...Why do star performers feel the need to release Xmas albums? I suspect commercial profit more than spiritual sentiment![]()


A classic album. Rumours, Dark Side of the Moon, and Bat Out of Hell were the three albums everybody had when I was growing up....always beautiful.
