It's a relatively new distillery and it will be a few years before they get around to producing decent aged stuff, but their current offerings are very drinkable. The 'sinking a few', 'good with ice', 'avoid ice', 'goes down easy', 'serve chilled' etc comments are all part of the Northern Irish sense of humour. After all, what other country's main claim to fame is that it built a ship that sank?...
