Waaaaaaa

I have that album.

Was playing it pretty loud around '84, using a Kenwood KA3500 into the ADS L810. Fried a tweeter when the amp clipped.

Don't worry, it's got fixed... and everything got rebuilt two years ago anyways.

Naturally, I was using a belt drive table... I still use a belt drive table. Not some of them "always oscillating" direct drive thingies.

One more thing... aren't you worried about those bent tonearms? Don't they sort of like affect the balance as the electrons have to move sideways? My tonearms have always been straight!

I have always had S shaped tonearms. They have SME connections - you can swap the headshell and therefore cartridge in seconds.
Turntable is Direct Drive but I also have a belt drive.

Kiss strayed from their usual formula here. Still, it’s one of the better disco songs, featuring a memorable Ace Frehley guitar solo. It’s surpassed only by Eddie Van Halen’s guitar solo in “Beat It” by Michael Jackson... though Steve Stevens also does a great job on “Dirty Diana.” 😉
