What speakers to pair with the Amp?

Wondering what everyone is running, or recommends for affordable speakers with their Amp?

I currently have the Polk RT-15i, and interested in trying something different to pair with my Amp. Prefer smaller sized, affordable bookshelf speakers that are "forgiving" with setup location as I am restricted by an odd shaped room layout. Any specific recommendations?

I secured some excellent Q Acoustics bookshelf speakers in the BF Sales and have been blown away by their quality. I was looking at the Q3030i but they were too big for my situation, so ended up getting the Q3010i instead. Very impressed with their sound for a relatively small speaker.

Even the Q3010's are super deep. They look great, but don't like that size for my space

Here is my long list of top contenders under $500... if anyone has experience with any of these your input would be appreciated. Looking for something easily powered by the Wiim amp, and that is very forgiving with it's placement as they need to fill an odd shaped room and sound decent from multiple listening angles.

I had a Polk ES15 but gave it away after a week. I think the bass is excellent for the price. However, Ariana Grande's voice sounded thick. (It just wasn't my favorite sound...)

Personally, I like the Focal chora 806 .

I have some 3010's and 3030's both impressive but of course 3030 is better.

Have you had a look at bowers and wilkins 607 s3. I have them and I really like the sound of them. In the UK they were £449 with free speaker cables up to £50. They are really small, but sound big

I second the voice for the B&W 607 S3, they sound awesome with both the Wiim Amp and Wiim Amp Pro.
For the kitchen setup I just got a pair of Dali Spektor 2 also amazing.

Ah - prices - I paid 478€ for the pair of the B&W 607 S3 and 174€ for the Dalis.

Pretty much any amp will work. As long as it has an input aux or similar. A poweramp will also work as the Ultra is a preamplifier. Do you have the Ultra ? If you don't then perhaps the wiim amp or wiim amp pro would be more suitable. Could you please post your reply in English as this is an English speaking forum. Thanks

I have just bought Wiim Ultra and I'm pretty satisfied, but I'd like to change in future my Edifier S880DB (active speakers with amplifier) for just B&W 607 S3. Of course Wiim Amp would be more suitable, but Ultra looks much better And I see that amplifier is necessary for that.
I've read somewhere here info about amplifiers made specially for Wiim Ultra, but can't find it now
