Wiim amp and smp300 subwoofer amp connect

I need help connecting a passive subwoofer connected to a subwoofer amp smp300 to wiim amp. I can’t seem to get any sound out of the subwoofer. I her sound out of the speakers connected to wiim amp but not the subwoofer. The sub out from wiim amp connects to sub in on smp300 and I can either connect the subwoofer to both L/R channels output speaker from subwoofer amp or connect to subwoofer output. Either way no sounds from subwoofer. Yes the subwoofer is enabled in wiim amp app.

Yesterday I had a similar issue with a recently arrived Yamaha sub. After fiddling for a while with e WiiM App subwoofer settings, the solution was changing the Voltage switch on the subwoofer.. after that everything worked perfectly.
