Wiim and DAC in speakers

Hi forum

I am contemplating buying a WIIM device and hook-up to my B&O Beolab 5’s.

The Beolab 5’s have their own internal DAC so I was thinking I might as well just buy a WIIM mini or Pro, and not a Pro+, as I would not get the benefit of the better DAC in the Pro or Pro+ as the Beolab 5’s own DAC would convert any signal it receives. Do you agree?

I would choose WiiM Pro since it supports both Airplay and Chromecast and cheaper than Pro+. If you need to connect a turntable, Pro+ would be the better choice since Pro+ has higher quality ADC than Pro.
