Klipsch sells the WiiM Mini as a kind of give-away in bundles with their very interesting and affordable activated Fives, Sevens and Nines since a few month. Like other companies sometimes do with the products of other companies. Nothing heard about an acquisition. But anyway such deals happen...
Anyway, there is no other way than having an eye on it and wait for any possible steps. Such "White Label Products" are very common allover the industries. As long as WiiM gave permission, earns money and (that's the issue) keeps development and customer service in house it can give added value for the users.
