WIIM app not operating.

My Pro plus is running on WiFi. It connects to a dac with RCA’s. The dac then connects to a receiver with RCA’s. I can’t make any adjustments on the WIIM app. Any solutions please?

Can you explain, please?
i.e. from wiim to dac should be via optical or coax, not rcas
