They are MP4 video filesAre these audio or video links? Firefox does not open either ("No video with supported format and MIME type found")
Opera & Chrome open both but only as Audio links.

This is very strange. The playing stop, as you said @Wiimer but not only that, the sound from the video is playing on the WiiM although the WiiM (Ultra) is in standby (showing the clock). When I tap on this video while playing a cast to WiiM on my phone, the music stops - AlexaCast and Spotify connect.
Does anyone know how to work around this?
Even stranger, my case differs from yours. The audio from the video comes through the phone's speaker. This is very strange. The playing stop, as you said @Wiimer but not only that, the sound from the video is playing on the WiiM although the WiiM (Ultra) is in standby (showing the clock).
This happens no matter what is streaming (Spotify, Tidal, ...), as long as the new Android media API integration is active.
The media player integration is not correctly handling media focus changes, is my guess!
I do however not see how the video sound is transferred to the WiiM?
Turns out that the sound is on the phone but the phone connect itself to the Bluetooth. So that part is not a WiiM issue. Only that the casting from Spotify/Tidal stops.Even stranger, my case differs from yours. The audio from the video comes through the phone's speaker.
I will try casting to other devices.
So they open on a phone, but not a PC.They are MP4 video files

Do you think this is a bug in Android?Turns out that the sound is on the phone but the phone connect itself to the Bluetooth. So that part is not a WiiM issue. Only that the casting from Spotify/Tidal stops.
It is a bug in the WHA "lock-screen" integration. When another media app is in focus, the WHA shall not react. Not to the start/stop nor to volume changes.Do you think this is a bug in Android?
I have tried with a Yamaha AVR and an Echo speaker with the same result. Also, if the phone's music app (including WHA) is closed, the music does not stop.
