WiiM Community Feedback Survey - End of Year 2025

We want to hear from you, WiiM fans and audio enthusiasts!

We're not quite wrapping up 2025 yet, but this survey will run for the next month, so I'm calling it the end of the year survey! We're excited to gather your thoughts and insights once again. It's been an incredible year with the WiiM Sound speaker and WiiM Sub Pro joining our ecosystem, plus continuous improvements across all our devices. Now we want to hear how everything's working for you.

Take a few minutes to share what you love, what could be better, and what features or products you'd like to see from WiiM in 2026. Your feedback is essential in helping us shape the future of the WiiM experience.

Thank you for being part of our community this year! 🎶

Take the survey here 🚀

No one's posting anything, so I'm feeling a bit lonely. I'll share some autumn foliage photos I took on my walk today.

Last night, I baked bread in my Home baker (Bread maker). I paused it to add raisins and opened the lid. But after adding the raisins, I forgot to press the start button. When I woke up this morning, I found a loaf of raw raisin bread that had risen enormously.

WiiM, Fighting! 😄

So I‘ll try to make qualified start.

- Great products
- Great service and responsiveness with prompt solutions via frequent SW updates
- Often too responsive and open to absolute miniority and other folly requests

My wishes for the future.
Concentrate on the quality of you‘re doing rather than on the quantity.

Thanks for listening.

And if I may add, I would very much like a white skin on the WHA. I ain’t getting any younger.
Even though the green skin helps me to a degree, classical white is better for visibilty. It may not be as ‚cool‘ though.🥹.

It was not really possible over the last years to escape WiiM. Must say that my main impulses came from a so called reviewer on You Tube. He is Australian and lives most of his time in Berlin and Lisbon. I will not mention his name, it should remain a secret. 😉
Short result: The Ultra has become a prominent and reliable part in one of my setups. Not the centre, but important. Brilliant device with an in my opinion unbeatable price/performance ratio. An Amp Ultra waits here as a Christmas gift for a friend and two Sounds already replaced old Sonos devices in our second home. Also an impressive performance.
Well done, WiiM!
(But as a post above already says: Please do not overload the devices with features for minorities. Keep the "average customer" in mind. Let the streamers stream and the amplifiers amplify.)

i joined the Wiim community with enthusiasm when i got the Wiim pro streamer, very impressed withe the product so far, great sound, i love the PEQ and roomfit. The apps pretty good too!

Agreed

But then my greatest wish for my wiim(s) is to take the phone out of the equation. So fully functioning web app, tv apps (including webOS in my case) and full navigable menus using the remote control on wiims that have screens (like an old squeezebox). I would replace my pro plusses with ultras if they did that........

...... but I suspect some if not many would consider that a minority or folly request,

While we definitely want answers in the survey itself, I enjoy getting posts here too, as they bring this thread back up to the top of the feed. So no shade on those folks either!

I did it, and I think others did it too. Personally I took the chance to point on my hidden fear in an otherwise overall positive eulogy 😂.

Wiim has the easiest to use Room Correction out there, constant firmware updates have improved functionality immensely.

One of the improvements I want is already in the works, importing PEQs. For the Wiim Ultra, I would like to see a bass and treble control on top of the regular PEQs. The interface for bass and treble would be good if it was a dial or slider.

I really hate that when you do screen options for the Ultra, they always seem kinda half-baked. Like you recently did a display option with a spectrum analyser graphic. But instead of giving the option to set the colour (or even do a rainbow colour preset), we just get a blue one or an orange one. That's it.
