WiiM Mini beeping occasionally

I am occasionally hearing music pause and a beep

It is definitely WiiM Mini because it is the only source feeding my RME ADI-2 DAC/headphone amp, playing to my headphones.

Anyone else hear it?

I have no alarms, and WiiM not paired via bluetooth to anything

Music pause, so continues from exactly that point when the sound comes back, or music "muting" for a brief period?

Also, does the same happen if you (shudder...) plug the headphones into the mini's aux out?

Any solution? Happens while streaming Soma Fm - Beat Blender. Mutes audio, beeps, then resumes 5 - 10 times in the course of a few minutes. Does it continuously. Wiim mini. My pro does not do this - same stream...

Is something connecting via Bluetooth? I believe Minis still beep when a connection is made.

I turned off blue tooth on all our phones and devices. Seems to have stopped the issue.

We are using the Wiim mini connected to the network and streaming. We are not using bluetooth on this device. Is there a way to disable bluetooth completely?

None that I'm aware of.

You should probably at least "forget" the WiiM Mini from all smartphones' Bluetooth settings.

We have never connected to it. However, will see if it is listed and forget it if it is in the list.
