My Wiim Pro Plus looses Bluetooth connection with a Sony WH-CH720N headphone frequently. If it sometimes connects back, the sound is stuttering, and I have to power off the headphone and power it back on. I'm sitting only 3 meters from the Wiim without anything blocking the direct path between both apparatus. No other Bluetooth devices are active in the vicinity.

Any toughts...

Yes, I have read this page before and still no luck getting rid of the culprit. The headphone has worked OK for 3 weeks before the interruptions started. Nothing has changed, and no devices have changed place. Last week I could even listen up to 20 meters remote from the WiiM outside the house. Strange things indeed... Maybe updates changed things???

Have you tried rebooting and re-pairing all of each device?

Although you may not have changed anything one of your neighbours could have done so and this may have had a knock-on impact.
Bluetooth and wifi can interfere with each other as Bluetooth uses the 2.4 Ghz band.
Are you using a wireless or wired network connection for your Wiim ? If the former try configuring the Wiim to use "5 ghz only".
You can also try changing the network channel your wifi uses on your router . This may help prevent interference

I have no neighbours and my WiFi uses 5 and 6 MHz only. I use no WiFi with the WiFi. I did reboot both devices several times, and it is less disturbing because distortion only happens 3 seconds at the beginning, and stops after that. I will keep this as they are and see if some future updates may fix the problem eventually.

Did you manage to sort it out🤞at the moment I am using the wired sennihester 560s.
But I'm thinking of getting a pair of you're headphones.
