Wiim Pro Plus - Preset volume

I'm having a problem with my Wiim Pro Plus. After adjusting the volume in the presets, some radio stations become loud when switching. This means that the currently listening station, after selecting a new preset, increases its volume for a split second, then the new preset is selected and everything is fine. How can I fix this?

Do you mean that the volume changes to the new setting defined by the Preset before the Preset station changes?

If so, it's probably because of the sequence the Preset settings are applied in. You cannot fix that but you can report it to @WiiM Support from the More-Feedback entry in the WiiM Home App.

Honestly, I'm not sure what the situation is, so could you tell us which radio station it is?

And please post screenshots of the preset editing screen here.

Good find! Hope that they can resolve this but assume this will be no problem for them (firmware update)

You say that, but I think such preset volume issues have been present since presets were first introduced.

Perhaps something got lost in translation!

If it were a simple firmware fix I'd have expected them to have fixed it by now.
I first raised this issue in Oct 2024 while beta testing presets.
