I got my Wiim Pro Plus four days ago, connected it to Wifi, got the latest firmware, and set it up in my Google Home (decided to upgrade after the Chromecast Audio debacle). The Wiim Pro+ worked perfectly fine for three days to cast to, and worked as a part of a Speaker Group with my Wiim Pro. This morning I found that the Wiim Pro+ had disappeared from my Google Home, and was unavailable in the Wiim app. When I checked the device it seems stuck in a loop - it goes from briefly dark to solid yellowish light for about 3 seconds to fast flashing white for about 2 seconds then briefly dark and back to yellowish, then flashing white again, etc. I can't add the device in the Wiim App or Google Home; they can't find it at all. I tried unplugging the Wiim Pro+ and plugging it back in, but it does the exact same thing. The Wiim app recommended me to hold Play for 3 seconds to get the device in pairing mode, but the device completely ignores this input and keeps on with the cycle. Even more worryingly, it also ignores it if I hold down Play for 10+ seconds, which I thought was supposed to factory reset it - it seems like bad design to have a factory reset that only works if the device boots up properly. Anything I can do other than returning the Wiim Pro+? Any other way of factory resetting the device? My network works fine otherwise, and there is no problem with the Wiim Pro that is on the same network.
Also, looking at some other troubleshooting responses: I have tried restarting my phone and looking for the device from both phone and tablet, but I don't think that matters when the device is clearly not booting properly. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in a few times. I have not rebooted my router or connected to ethernet - shutting down my router is really not good for my NAS and it will be a huge hassle to get every device back in action if I shut down my router, so I would like to avoid that if possible; hoping for other solutions.
