Wiim Ultra - HDMI to USB instability

I've been using my Wiim Ultra for a couple of months now, and it's mostly been perfect. I have it set up with an HDMI Arc signal coming into it via a Samsung Q60 TV, a turntable going into the analog in, and I also stream directly via the Wiim. I connect the Wiim to my amp (a Sabaj A30a digital amp) via a digital out from the Wiim. If I use the Coax out, I never have any problems, but if I use the USB out, I frequently encounter a strange situation where there is no audio if I have something playing on the TV. I can still stream directly from the Wiim or play via the analog-in, but I can't get any sound from the TV until I power-cycle the Wiim. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Not personally, but as usual in these situations, you’re best submitting a ticket to WiiM before the reboot so they can inspect your device logs and hopefully identify the issue.
