WiiM Ultra with WiiM Mini?

I have the WiiM Ultra and it does everything I want it to do except stream Apple Music. I know this is well documented so I am not asking for any clarification on that.

My question is, if I bought a WiiM Mini can it be connected directly to the Ultra to enable me to stream Apple Music through my home audio speakers? I can’t get Bluetooth to work because my phone can’t find the Ultra. Not sure why. Any help appreciated.

Yes. The Mini and the Ultra can be linked (using your local network).

Did you switch to Bluetooth input on the Ultra?

If you are fine with Airplay 2 the Mini is one way to do it.

Of course this will work. SPDIF out from the Mini into the Ultra would be my choice.

But before splashing out money and making things more complex, I‘d first try to sort out the BT issue.

I ran into the same problem last night.
Here is what solved it for me.

Yesterday at 4:00 AM

Once I pass fifty, I can no longer tell the difference between 3 seconds and 10 seconds, so I make absolutely sure not to press the knob.
