I bought 1 Wiim Mini, 2 Pro, and 1 Amp, and set them all up on the same network, but in separate rooms.

And then the problems started: after grouping all of them together, FOR NO REASON AND OUT OF NOWHERE, they disconnect and only the main one keeps playing!

I bought these devices for multi-room audio, but the alarm system is TRASH! It simply doesn’t work!

How hard is it to create an option to start and stop playing at a specific time?

Now I set up the alarm, and when I arrive the next day it’s either not playing at all, or only the main device is playing because the group disconnected.

What a disappointment this poorly made investment turned out to be!!!

If I could give one piece of advice to anyone looking to use Wiim for multi-room audio with more than one device: DO NOT BUY IT! This is horrible!

Have you reported any of your issues to WiiM via feedback in the app?

What kind of grouping did you try? Ad hoc linking or persistent groups?

As I guess I mentioned previously, Spotify presets do not yet support group playback, so setting Spotify to an alarm should ungroup it. According to the team, this issue will be resolved in an update soon. Until then, please use music other than Spotify for your alarms.

Hi raulfanani,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please kindly submit a feedback ticket through the WiiM Home App. If you’ve already done so, feel free to share your ticket number here so we can prioritize and troubleshoot the issue right away.

If possible, please also include a brief description of how your WiiM devices are connected to your network. Rest assured, we’re committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and continued support!

I

I attempted to group the devices both by clicking the chain link icon and by manually creating a group including all of them.
