Why do enhacement for Radio Paradise is a part of firmware upgrade not just app?

Is Wiim Pro Plus still supported? Many new features like Smart Presets are implemented in Ultra only.

I still have version 4.8.6 of Wiim Pro. Two days ago new version 4.8.7 was released but when I click on check for updates button I got message that no new version is available

Do you have an impression that with every new version App is less stable? More crashes. Something that worked fine now it doesn't. For example Calm radio doesn't start streaming.

I'm not sure if it is possible without IR remote controller to wake up device. I noticed that some streamers have bluetooth remote but Power button uses IR.

For example Sofabaton U2 supports Bluetooth LE devices only and does not support classic Bluetooth devices.
