Just got the update, but can't properly test HDMI because this is what my TV looks like since yesterday evening, yay 😀 Literally just went *poof* after barely 6 years.

I'm just talking about the style, not the technicalities. If people want analog style meters, they should just buy some :D Just the 2 moving bars will show much better on a digital display. Maybe without the text even, because you can't read it from a distance.

That's how software development works hey. It's the same with big apps like Instagram on iOS vs Android, where features will not always be the same.

I would think so as well. I have absolutely no issues using the Ultra (with the built-in line output) with HDMI. Seems like the addition of the external USB DAC is causing the occasional issue for OP.
