I could not connect the remote control to the Wiim Ultra device. Even though I followed all the instructions, the remote control does not connect. I did everything that needed to be done. Are you experiencing this problem?

The remote is not always responsive. When not using the remote for a longer time, when trying to change the volume, or when trying to turn off the unit, I have to click multiple times to get any response. Do you have it like that too? Is this some kind of standby mode?
