Please consider implementing this feature for the Wiim Ultra. Currently, the sound from the subwoofer ( subwoofer out) begins to play before the sound from the speakers of my audio system, which is connected via optical out. When I power on the Wiim, I hear approximately two seconds of sound from the subwoofer, and only after the audio system powers on does the sound become synchronized. This issue arises because the audio system has a delay when starting playback.

It would be ideal to have a delay adjustment slider in seconds and milliseconds.

My audio system integrates with HomeAssistant via the iR hub after the wiim3 playback trigger is activated

Hi sr.rm,

You can adjust the delay between the main speaker and subwoofer in the WiiM Home App either manually or through auto-calibration. Just go to Device Settings > Subwoofer > Syncing Subwoofer & Speakers. Give it a try, and let us know your experience. Thank you!

If I read the question correctly it is not related to syncing.

It is more that the sound from the subwoofer can be heard while the system for the main speakers is still starting up. After that all is OK and in sync.

I also hear that, in my case because my power amp has a turn on delay of a few seconds. So I agree you can hear this, but it does not really bother me.

Absolutely right! That's the problem. In fact, this feature is not too disturbing, it's just unpleasant, like a door creaking.

It may be worth trying manual sync for audio instead of setting the subwoofer delay. Manual sync in the Auto Sync section allows you to set a delay of up to 1 second. If you set it to +1 second, you would expect both the main and sub sounds to play with a 1 second delay. (I have not tested this, however.)
