Adding wiim amp to Alexa problem.

I have a Wiim amp and connected it successfully to alexa in both wiim and alexa apps so I could simply ask alexa to play music "on kitchen".
This worked fine for 3 months, but suddenly stopped today. I can't for the life of me get it to work. Can someone please talk me through the steps to completely remove the amp from alexa and then re-add it all as I'm lost as to what else to do.
