Advice on WiiM Pro Plus to Zen ONE Signature DAC

Hey Gang,

My current setup is WiiM Pro Plus to Zen ONE Signature DAC via digital optical to my WiiM VibeLink amp, with this this setup I can use the EQ and volume adjustment on my iPhone.

Would it be beneficial sound wise using a coax cable in lieu of a digital optical?

And... which would be the better DAC do you think, the Zen, Pro Plus DAC or the VibeLink amp's DAC.

What have you tried? Only you can tell what you prefer, if any.
I've written a few times that I personally don't like my vibelink via its analog input, so try pro plus digital to vibelink.
I use optical mainly 'cos the wiims come with that cable.
On the one system I use coax I can't tell the difference between it and optical.
