Alarm - built-in alarm sounds / fallback sounds if the internet goes down

When using the alarm with an internet streaming source, there needs to be a fallback / backup alarm sound in case there is a network or internet issue.

This sounds like a similar feature that I had with Sonos--that's how I know that my Symfonisk needed a reboot, regardless if I used Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
